Responsibilities

As a Partner with an entrepreneurial approach, you will acquire and execute national and international M&A projects in your core industries. You will manage the project lifecycle and coordinate key tasks with our German team, over 20 industry advisory boards, and more than 450 Clairfield professionals worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Strong professional network in your core industries and access to decision‑makers.
• Professionalism aligned with an internationally leading M&A advisory.
• Understanding of high‑end small‑to‑medium‑enterprise and SME transactions.
• Passion for M&A and an entrepreneurial, self‑directed mindset, embodying our M&A‑mindset and unrestricted service orientation.
