Associate Team Leader for Marketplace Efficiency Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data analysts (7 people): support, mentor, and inspire the team while ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of analytical solutions
• Define and execute the analytics strategy for operational efficiency across local and global markets
• Develop and implement analytical frameworks to evaluate and improve pricing, dispatch, and other marketplace mechanics
• Analyze key metrics and behavioral patterns to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
• Participate in A/B test planning and analysis, and support hypothesis validation initiatives
• Build reporting tools, monitoring systems, and alerting mechanisms to detect deviations and emerging trends
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Local Operations teams to scale analytical solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role
• Advanced skills in SQL and Python, with proven experience in building analytical models and dashboards
• Solid understanding of A/B testing, forecasting, and interpreting data-driven results
• Ability to manage team priorities and build strong cross-functional partnerships
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
