Your Role & Responsibilities

• Review and process trade-related invoices (freight, demurrage, storage, inspections, etc.)
• Verify quantities, pricing, and contractual terms
• Ensure completeness of supporting documents (BL, SOF, LOI, etc.)
• Coordinate discrepancies with counterparties
• Monitor receivables/payables and support trade settlements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, VAT, and internal policies
• Support reconciliations, reporting, and audits
• Maintain accurate cost records and improve processes

Your Qualifications

• 2-5 years in trading back office / logistics / shipping
• Solid understanding of trade lifecycle
• Strong attention to detail and Excel skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• CTRM experience is a plus
• Fluent English (German is an advantage)
