Your Mission

• Developing and maintaining customer and master data as well as pricing structures in the ERP system
• Reviewing and preparing quotes, including cost calculations and coordination
• Processing and coordinating customer orders from entry through to delivery
• Coordinating delivery dates and clarifying availability with internal stakeholders
• Communicating with international customers, key account managers, and specialist departments
• Creating and preparing reports, as well as monitoring relevant key performance indicators
• Organizing and tracking sample deliveries and product tests
• Supporting international projects and continuously optimizing processes

Your Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, degree in business administration, or comparable qualifications and 3 years of professional experience in internal sales or back office
• Structured, independent, and reliable work style
• Strong communication skills and a passion for international collaboration
• Proficiency with ERP systems and very good knowledge of MS Office
• Good understanding of business processes and interrelationships
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High motivation to take on responsibility and actively contribute to shaping the future
• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus
