This includes enterprise wide risk management (incl. strategies and risk inventory), ICAAP and stress testing, the management and quantification of individual risk types and the integration of most current developments and trends in risk management frameworks (e.g. ESG, geopolitical risks and crypto finance) and/ or in the area of **credit** processes, which is built on product knowledge and your interest for economic developments as well as a variety of banking business models. You are providing exceptional client service by handling regulatory requirements, accounting methodologies (e.g. IFRS 9 Expected Credit Loss Methodologies) and credit risk quantification techniques.* You take over the lead of a highly qualified and ambitious team to serve our international clients in a best in class practice. Hereby you establish great team spirit and working culture and sharpen the analytical skills of your team in a continuous development pathway.* You are informed about current trends and developments and independently prepare offers and develop your business case.* You completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, law or other relevant studies and more than 4 years of professional experience in capital market, risk management, risk controlling, credit, monitoring, settlement department at a bank, consultancy or auditing firm.* You can analyze complex issues very well and have strong communication skills in German and English. You can confidently present your work results to clients.* You are characterized by your open-minded personality, your thirst for knowledge and you show commitment, curiosity and enjoy your work.* You will also expand your professional network outside the project teams within the BDO network and with our clients' employees.
