About Us
At ACCURE, we empower batteries and those who use them. Batteries are a cornerstone of the clean energy and mobility transition. At ACCURE, we make battery systems safer, more reliable, and more sustainable through the power of cloud-based analytics. Our highly scalable monitoring and optimization platform helps operators of grid‑scale energy storage systems and electric vehicles understand, operate, and protect their batteries—unlocking better performance, longer lifetime, and safer operation across assets around the world. To achieve this, we bring together passionate builders, technical experts, and clear thinkers. We value curiosity, ownership, and humility, and we’re looking for highly motivated individuals who want to make a real impact as part of a fast‑growing, international team.
Your Role

Your Skills
- BESS expertise: Solid grounding in lithium‑ion technology and system‑level BESS architecture (packs/modules/racks/strings, BMS and PCS/inverters, EMS/SCADA, HVAC/thermal, contactors and safety systems). Comfortable with BMS signals and site telemetry, and with materials, degradation mechanisms, and estimation methods.
- Software engineering fluency: Write clean, testable Python with version control (Git). Design reliable processing pipelines; implement and improve algorithms. Bonus: CI/CD, packaging, APIs.
- Data & visualization experience: Turn large, messy time‑series into clear, decision‑ready visuals. Detect outliers, drift, and seasonality; communicate uncertainty with appropriate intervals and metrics.
- Structured planning and follow‑through: Define outcomes and constraints, write a brief plan with scope, milestones, owners, and acceptance criteria. Execute work with regular checkpoints.
- Language skills: Fluent English required; German is a plus.
