Bid Management Specialist

Augaben:

• Selbständige Erstellung von Angeboten für das Turn Key- und Liefergeschäft inkl. Kalkulation und Erarbeitung aller notwendigen technischen und kommerziellen Unterlagen auch in Englisch
• Angebotsvorbereitung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb
• Eigenständige Angebotsanalyse und Angebotsverfolgung
• Optimierung des Angebotsprozesses
• Vertragsprüfung und Unterstützung des Engineerings bei der Erstellung von technischen Informationen
• Vertriebsunterstützung im In- und Ausland
• Übernahme von komplexen Aufgabengebieten im Rahmen von Richtlinien

Anforderungen:

• abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung, (FH oder TH/TU), Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder auf anderem Wege erworben
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem internationalen Unternehmen
• sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse
• SAP-Grundkenntnisse
• Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Gute Selbst- und Arbeitsorganisation
