As a Support Engineer – IT Infrastructure & Microsoft 365, you will design and maintain our cloud-based IT infrastructure based on M365/Azure solutions. You will provide our employees with modern work equipment and cloud solutions that enable them to work efficiently, smoothly and securely. As a team player, you will be part of a motivated and growing team and will be prepared to take on and drive tasks independently.

  • You will work on the operation and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure at our Bochum location and its cloud services.
  • Through your support and projects, you will contribute to providing optimal IT support for our local and global teams.
  • Maintenance of the physical IT infrastructure of our buildings and equipment at our workplaces
  • Administration and monitoring of M365 and Azure cloud services

Your profile

  • Experience as an IT support engineer (m/f/d) – ideally with M365 infrastructure
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure Services administration
  • Motivation for clear, simple and consistent solutions
  • Knowledge of system and network administration
  • High awareness of cyber security
  • Proactive problem solving, forward thinking, service orientation and quality awareness.
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
