Location: Frankfurt am Main, Hessen, Germany (Hybrid work options available)
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based or Pure Performance Commission (Straight Commission) with Uncapped Earning Potential


The Opportunity
This is a pivotal role for an ambitious and self-motivated sales professional. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, responsible for identifying new opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This fully autonomous, commission-based role offers the freedom to manage your own pipeline and the potential for significant financial rewards directly tied to your success.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Development: Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients in key target markets through networking, cold outreach, and relationship-building.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with senior executives (C-level, VP, Director) to understand their unique business challenges, strategic goals, and operational needs.
  • Solution Articulation: Master the Gira Group's portfolio of consulting services and expertly articulate our value proposition, tailoring presentations and proposals to address specific client pain points.
  • End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new service opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is considered a plus.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of proven success in a B2B sales role, with a strong preference for experience in professional services, technology, or management consulting.
  • Track Record: Demonstrable history of exceeding sales quotas and closing complex, high-value deals with long sales cycles.
  • Language Skills:
    • Essential: Full professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
    • Advantage: Professional proficiency in at least one of the following languages: German, Dutch, or French.
