Business AnalystLocation: Cologne Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to help shape user-focused digital solutions by analysing requirements and fostering effective collaboration across teams. This hybrid role offers the chance to support the full product lifecycle in a flexible and engaging work environment. Key Responsibilities: Support product managers in developing user-friendly interfaces and efficient workflows.Collaborate with development teams to analyse requirements, define use cases, and write clear user stories.Drive the process from requirements gathering through to implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes.Assist in designing visual concepts and user interface specifications.Create and maintain technical documentation for users. What You Bring: A relevant degree (ideally IT-focused) or certification such as IREB.Familiarity with modelling languages like UML or BPMN is an advantage.Strong communication skills in German, with good English proficiency.A proactive, customer-oriented mindset with creativity and attention to detail.
