Business Analyst – Finance / SAP (m/f/d)

We are supporting a forward-thinking company in Central Europe in optimizing their finance operations. As a Business Analyst – Finance / SAP , you will act as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring finance processes are efficient, well-documented, and fully aligned with SAP S/4HANA requirements.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and coordinate end-to-end finance processes in SAP S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with IT teams and SAP consultants to develop functional concepts.
• Support and guide Key Users in finance-related processes.
• Assist in preparing migration objects, test cases, and process documentation.
• Monitor and continuously improve FI/CO processes after go-live.
• Support month-end and year-end closings with focus on SAP process accuracy and efficiency.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, CO-PA), ideally including S/4HANA.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to combine strategic understanding and practical implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Structured, independent, and able to coordinate across multiple departments.
