On behalf of our global client, we’re currently looking for a

SAP Business Analyst.

Role: SAP Business Analyst (BRIM FICA Experience) Start : ASAP Location : Remote (occasional travel to Dusseldorf) Language : English and German Duration : 6 months + extension

The Business Analyst acts as a link between the business department, Product Owner, development team and internal stakeholders for eCommerce. They ensure that business requirements in the SAP BRIM / FICA context are collected, analyzed and translated into actionable user stories. They contribute significantly to ensuring that solutions are both functionally and technically consistent, scalable and aligned with the product objective.

Main Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Analysis - Conducting workshops, interviews and process analyses with business departments - Detailed gathering of requirements in the context of billing processes

Documentation & Backlog Management - Creation of clear, testable user stories including acceptance criteria in the product backlog (experience with Jira is mandatory) - Creation of functional specifications and data flow descriptions - Maintenance and prioritization of the backlog in close collaboration with the Product Owner

Agile Collaboration - Active participation in Scrum events (refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) - Close collaboration with developers, testers and architects - Supporting the Product Owner in business decisions and sprint goals
