Compensation

Annual salary in the range of €65,000 - €80,000

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance solutions built on a leading ERP platform
• Customize and extend application functionality to meet business needs
• Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and implementations
• Connect the ERP system with external tools, services, and third-party applications
• Review code to maintain high development standards and consistency
• Provide technical guidance to stakeholders, including advising on architecture and best practices
• Support system upgrades, transitions, and version improvements
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation for ongoing use

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven background in ERP application development within enterprise environments
• Strong experience with relevant development languages used for ERP customization
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts (e.g., C#, Java, or similar)
• Solid understanding of database structures and system integrations
• Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting capabilities
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a structured and methodical approach
• Effective collaboration and communication skills
• German language proficiency at C1 level (required) and good English skills
• Degree in computer science, information systems, or an equivalent qualification
