Business Developer, Supercharging, DACH (m/w/d)

What To Expect

With 70,000+ Superchargers, Tesla owns and operates the largest global, fast charging network in the world. Located on major routes near convenient amenities, Superchargers keep our customers charged when they are away from home. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Project Developer to grow the Supercharging network by identifying and securing the best locations within Central Europe. In your day-to-day activities you will work on market research, building relationships with potential site hosts, pitching our partnership proposition, and negotiating agreements, whilst working alongside a broad range of stakeholders to bring these projects to completion.

What You'll Do

• Build a strong strategy and develop the Supercharging network within Central Europe, keeping a great customer experience in mind
• Use data to research and identify potential Supercharging locations
• Connect with potential site hosts and pitch the Supercharging proposition
• Negotiate win‑win solutions and close contracts that align with our strategic goals
• Collaborate closely with the Deployment team who is responsible for the construction and installation of the Supercharging sites

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of relevant working experience in a commercial or business development role
• 2+ experiences in sales, preferably B2B
• A proactive, entrepreneurial and data‑driven mindset with the ability to identify and act on opportunities
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with experience in negotiating commercial agreements
• Interest in the renewable energy sector/e‑mobility and a passion for continuous learning
• Willingness to travel regularly (approx. 2-3 days a week on average) and a valid driving license
• Fluency in German and English language, Polish is a plus
