Business Development Expert (Permanent in Europe, Munich Preferred)

• Conduct in-depth research on European intelligent driving market, identify core OEM/Tier1 customers and promote the landing of strategic cooperation to achieve 0-1 market breakthrough.
• Establish long-term trust with European customer decision-makers, deliver QCraft's core value accurately and break cross-cultural communication barriers.
• Build and operate localized industry talent and resource network in Europe to realize the "tentacle function" of QCraft's European business layout.
• Synchronize European market and customer needs to the headquarters, coordinate internal teams efficiently and ensure rapid support of domestic resources.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for customer cooperation, control business risks and respond quickly to local customers' emergency needs.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of European automotive/intelligent driving business experience, with European OEM/Tier1 customer development experience is a must.
• Fluent in English and German (business proficiency), available as working languages for high-level negotiation and daily communication.
• Strong strategic thinking, market insight and independent combat capability, able to work independently in Europe.
• Outstanding cross-cultural communication ability, strong personal charm, and excellent negotiation and relationship building skills.
• Familiar with European business culture, willing to deeply cultivate the European intelligent driving market for a long time and accept high-frequency EU business trips.
• With intelligent driving/automotive electronics R&D background, able to accurately deliver technical value to customers.
• Own core resource network of European top OEMs/Tier1s, able to quickly promote the landing of strategic cooperation projects.
