Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers and achieve sales/profit targets
  • Develop and maintain customer business plans and ensure alignment between customer requirements and global goals
  • Negotiate commercial terms and conditions of sales according to company policies
  • Travel activity to customer sites in Europe as required and regularly meet with customer to develop and drive the joint strategy
  • Update of EU Market Insights and Analysis Report for Headquarters to create sales opportunities or avoid business risks
  • Investigate and help to resolve customer issues and feedback to HQ

Required Technical and Professional Expertise


Profile:

  • Experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in IT industry
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English. Chinese language desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively
