About the Role

We’re looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to sit between Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs), owning early-stage enterprise interest and developing it into named, AE-ready opportunities.

This is not a high-volume SDR role- it’s a high-ownership position for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset , comfortable building multi-stakeholder relationships and going the extra mile to progress accounts that aren’t ready for immediate AE focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick up SDR-generated leads and calls that show interest but are not yet true opportunities.
  • Develop accounts, not just contacts, until they’re truly opportunity-ready.
  • Qualify accounts to EIS standards (emotional buy-in, intent clarity, strategic relevance).
  • Build and nurture 5–15+ stakeholders per account.
  • Run structured, multi-channel sequences (calls, email, LinkedIn) with ~1 month ownership per account.
  • Generate enough activity and insight to provide ground truth for scaling the BDR function, while taking the role from zero to one by building and owning the core processes, playbooks, and ways of working.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and assess fit and interest.
  • Book and lead selected discovery meetings, handing over clean, well-developed opportunities to AEs.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and handovers tight.
  • Occasionally close smaller deals (€5k–€20k launch packs) for lower-tier accounts.
