Job Summary

In this role, you will combine consultative selling with exceptional customer service to identify business needs, close sales, and grow existing accounts within a cloud‑based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Engage customers with a consultative sales approach to identify needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Negotiate, handle objections, and close sales opportunities effectively.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed targets.
Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, including SMEs and C‑level executives.
Provide product recommendations, quotations, and tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve customer business challenges.
Stay updated on industry trends, especially in cloud‑based technologies.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1+ year experience in sales, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
Proven ability to communicate and build relationships with high‑level decision‑makers.
Basic understanding of cloud‑based software or technology solutions.
Fluent in German (minimum B2+/C1) and English (minimum B2).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to resolve issues independently.
Willingness to relocate to Kraków, Poland.
