Kepler Search are currently working with a well respected financial institution in Luxembourg who are looking for a consultant to join their team. As a business implementation specialist, you will play an integral part in the implementation of fund events and participation in various onboarding projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing of fund events (mergers, new funds, compartments).
• Ensuring proper communication with operational users regarding onboarding projects.
• Active participation in governance related to onboarding projects.
• Producing daily, weekly and monthly reports to external and internal customers.
• Training of less senior members of staff.
• Sanity checks linked to set up performed.

Skills Required

• Minimum 5 years experience working within the financial services with a focus on the private capital market.
• Experience leading onboarding projects.
• Knowledge of Transfer Agency operations.
• Technical knowledge of eFront.
• Fluent in both English and French (German is a plus).
