The Role

We’re looking for a Business Operations Intern / Working Student , someone who loves making things run better, faster, and cleaner. You’ll work closely with the founders to:

• Support and drive core business initiatives across strategy, operations, finance, and sales
• Turn ambiguous problems into structured analyses, clear recommendations, and concrete next steps
• Help design, document, and improve internal processes as the company scales
• Support customer-facing projects from a business and operational perspective
• Take ownership of ad-hoc topics and push them from idea to execution

You’ll be part operator, part analyst, part executor — sitting at the intersection of founders, customers, and the day-to-day reality of a fast-growing startup.

Your goal: help the founders focus on what matters most by making everything around them run smoother.

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Initial relevant experience in a fast-paced environment (high-growth startup, management consulting, investment banking, or similar)
• Strong business acumen: you understand how companies create value
• Analytical sharpness: you bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems
• Bias toward action: you execute, iterate, and deliver rather than over-analyze
• Fluency in English; fluency in German is a plus
