The Merchant Care Business Operations team exists to make sure our operations run better every day — for our merchants, our teams, and our business. We work across the full breadth of Merchant Care (support, product specialists, early lifecycle, enablement, and more), partnering with RevOps, Data, and CRM Ops to turn operational complexity into clear, measurable progress.
This role sits at the centre of that work. You'll own meaningful projects end-to-end, maintain the performance dashboards that inform leadership decisions, and help embed the processes that keep a growing, global team moving efficiently. It's a role with real scope — and real impact on how Merchant Care operates at scale.
Lead multiple operational improvement projects across Merchant Care, coordinating with cross-functional teams including RevOps, Data, CRM Ops, and Business Process Outsourcing partners
Own and maintain key Merchant Care performance dashboards, ensuring leadership always has accurate, timely visibility into what's working and what isn't
Identify process inefficiencies and drive scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and improve delivery quality across the team
Translate data and operational insights into clear, structured recommendations for senior stakeholders
Support the identification and implementation of automation opportunities across reporting pipelines and operational workflows
Strong background in an operations, business improvement, or strategy role, with a track record of managing projects independently from start to finish
Proficiency in Salesforce for data navigation and operational reporting, alongside strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis
Comfortable working with data to identify trends, surface insights, and make clear recommendations — even in ambiguous situations
Ability to communicate operational concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders across different teams and seniority levels
Fluent in English (written and spoken), with a proactive approach to stakeholder management and comfort working with a degree of autonomy
