Business Performance Manager

*Your Role & Key Responsibilities*As **Business Performance Manager**, you will report directly to the CEO and take full end to end responsibility for * Coordinate across internal and external financial services stakeholders* Build and drive budget cycles, management reporting, translating financial and operational data into clear decision recommendations for the CEO and leadership team* Optimize financial and administrative tools and workflows across the business* Masters degree or MBA in Business, Engineering, or related fields.* Strong FP&A skill set including budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, and variance analysis.* Excellent analytical mindset, able to translate data into decision-making.* High proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial/admin tools.* Strong communicator able to work across teams and levels.* Ability to operate as a direct partner to the CEO with high autonomy.* Excellent analytical mindset, able to translate data into decision-making.* Entrepreneurial hands-on spirit with the structure and discipline of corporate thinking.* Ability to coordinate with external parties (e.g., tax advisors).* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across finance, HR, and IT functions.***Your Experience & Key Skills*** We are looking for a trusted, results-driven commercial management professional with the following background:Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior finance, controlling, or commercial role within a scale-up or mid-sized company.Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).A central role in a fast-scaling corporate start-up backed by Valmet and Körber
