Calculator (m/f/d) specializing in heating, ventilation, sanitation, and air conditioning

Responsibilities

• You independently calculate projects in the field of heating, ventilation, sanitation, and air conditioning, including reviewing tender documents
• You evaluate customer inquiries and advise management on the selection of projects to be processed in the field of HVAC
• You are the contact person for our customers during the quotation phase and provide support with technical queries
• You develop different quotation options and special proposals in cooperation with the work preparation and project management teams
• You participate in contract negotiations with the management and project management teams
• You review contracts with regard to the agreed electrical engineering services, unit prices, discounts, and technical specifications

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in building services engineering or have a comparable qualification, for example as a technician or master craftsman.
• You have experience in supply engineering, ideally in costing, and have knowledge of the implementation of HVAC projects.
• You are proficient in using calculation software, ideally RIB iTWO, as well as the MS Office package, especially Excel
• Team and communication skills
• Flexibility and customer focus
