Role Summary

The Car-as-a-Service Platform Manager oversees the strategic development and operational management of mobility-sharing platforms, ensuring seamless integration of vehicle fleets, user experience, and regulatory compliance across European and emerging markets.

Purpose

Lead the strategic evolution and operational excellence of our flagship Car-as-a-Service (CaaS) platform, ensuring seamless vehicle lifecycle management and AI-driven user experiences.

Impact

This role directly influences the platform's scalability, regulatory standing under the EU AI Act, and the achievement of corporate net-zero mobility targets by 2030.

Team Structure

Leading a cross-functional squad of 12, including Data Scientists, Product Designers, and DevOps Engineers.

Reports To

Reports to the VP of Product & Mobility Solutions.

Working Conditions

Travel Required: 15%.

Standard business hours with flexibility for global stakeholder timezones.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
• Occasional travel to fleet hubs and partner sites.
