One of the fastest-growing and a globally leading defence supplier in Europe is seeking a

CEO – UAV

to lead and scale a strategically critical business unit.

This is not a maintenance mandate. This is a huge scale-up leadership opportunity in a structurally undersupplied defence UAV market.

The business unit is already performing strongly in its core markets and holds advanced capabilities in high-demand UAV components and systems. Backed by a financially robust and ambitious Group, the platform is positioned for accelerated organic growth and targeted M&A.

Your Mandate As CEO of the UAV division, you will: Hold full end-to-end P&L responsibility Define and execute the growth strategy (fast scale up) Lead and build up all core functions (Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, R&D) Expand international defence customer relationships Drive commercial expansion organically and via acquisitions

You will report directly to Group leadership and play a key role in shaping the future of this high-growth platform.

Your Profile Proven CEO or Business Unit leadership experience with full P&L accountability Strong track record in

defence UAV

(non negotiable) Established relationships within the UAV supply chain (customers and suppliers) Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary industrial organisations Commercially sharp, strategic, and execution-driven
