About the Role

You will be the operative brain behind the co-founders Max and Florian - the person who turns the company’s vision into reality. One day, you’ll be preparing an investor or board meeting; the next, you’ll be designing and implementing a process that helps our international team collaborate seamlessly. You will have the autonomy to drive real change across our international organisation.

Tasks

• Strategic execution and founder support across multiple markets.
• Design and implement scalable processes for our growth from startup to scale-up.
• Stakeholder management, including investors, steering committee, customers, and partners.
• Decision support through research, analysis, and synthesis of complex business challenges.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-moving environment (e.g., startup, consulting, or strategy roles)
• Highly organised, structured, and diligent work ethic
• Experience working across borders, time zones, and mindsets
• Comfortable engaging with founders, investors, and customers
• Experience or genuine curiosity about aviation and AI
• Fluent in business fundamentals - unit economics, scaling B2B business models, financial planning, and the drivers of sustainable growth
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take full ownership
• Exceptional communication skills in English (German is a plus)
