Chief of Staff to CEO (f/m/d)

What You Can Expect

  • You will be part of our core team and report directly to the CEO, aspiring to move into leadership within the next 2 – 3 years.
  • You will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and, when required, other C‑level leaders—anticipating needs, removing obstacles, and enabling high‑impact decision‑making.
  • You will manage key aspects of CEO support, including crafting executive presentations, preparing strategic content, attending top-level meetings, and ensuring follow-up on actions and deadlines.
  • You will support the content update of the 5-year Global Strategic Plan in collaboration with external consultants and SEC members.
  • You will proactively initiate strategic projects across various areas, such as commercial, operations, M&A, and business functions, identifying trends, providing recommendations, and developing business cases based on ROI.
  • You will lead selected core projects in various areas (e.g., Commercial) in direct collaboration with responsible SEC members or other senior global leaders.
  • In your role as Secretary to the STADA Executive Committee (SEC), you will coordinate content for SEC activities, meetings, and business reviews.

Who We Are Looking For

  • You have over seven years of experience in consulting or financial consulting as a project manager.
  • You have previous working experience in consumer health and/or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • You possess strong project management skills and a sharp business mind with expertise in P&L and commercial strategy.
  • You have advanced computer skills, particularly in PowerPoint and AI tools.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and networking abilities.
  • You have a growth mindset as your life philosophy and approach challenges with resilience and determination.
  • You bring a high level of energy and drive to your work.
  • You are fluent in English, ideally as a native speaker.
