About the Role

As CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of technology strategy, development, and innovation within the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the company’s overall technology vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of software products, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
• Drive innovation by staying ahead of emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business strategy and growth objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering and technology teams across international locations.
• Establish best practices for software development, architecture, and DevOps processes.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient delivery of technology solutions.
• Ensure compliance with global data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and technology leadership.
• Proven track record as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or equivalent senior technology leadership role in an international software company.
• Strong expertise in software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and product development.
• Demonstrated ability to scale teams, systems, and processes in high-growth environments.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
