This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a linguistic background and an interest in quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to our Chinese-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service quality standards.
- Support quality control processes, ensuring that customer service procedures align with our commitment to excellence.
- Assist with operational tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the service department.
Daily Tasks
- Engage in standard customer service activities, including communication with clients and receiving requests via different channels.
- Forward customer requests to the relevant operational departments and ensure that these requests are fulfilled promptly.
- Monitor the fulfillment of customer requests and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Create and manage special reports, providing insights into service performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Address discrepancies, process changes, or customer complaints, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Leverage any background in operations or quality assurance to enhance the overall customer service experience and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin).
- Fluent English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes or previous experience in customer service would be great but it´s not necessary
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
