As a Civil Engineer-in-Training focused on Site Design, you’ll be part of a collaborative and innovative team shaping how communities grow and develop. You’ll support projects that range from commercial and residential developments to parks, campuses, and municipal facilities—helping bring creative, people-focused design solutions to life. Working closely with experienced engineers, you’ll gain hands-on experience in grading, utility layout, stormwater management, and site planning while learning the technical and client-facing aspects of consulting.
