Civil Site Manager - Quality (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for the quality inspections and control of concrete structures in our projects for the Central Project Management region.

You will work closely with project managers, civil site managers, and subcontractors to ensure that the highest quality and safety standards are met. The position can be filled in Hamburg, Oberhausen, Rostock, or Leipzig, and requires regular on-site presence on construction sites across Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria.

Tasks

• Reliable defect identification on concrete structures and their components within the wind energy area (e.g., foundations, concrete towers).
• Use company provided checklists to document findings from quality inspections and assign severity codes.
• Create snagging lists and ensure snags are cleared.
• Consult regularly with project managers, customers, and subcontractors.
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Document and properly file quality documents.

Profile

• Completed a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional training or equivalent, with a Civil Engineering degree being beneficial.
• Up to 3 years of relevant professional experience in the civil construction industry.
• Basic specialist knowledge in civil construction discipline.
• Basic theoretical knowledge of civil construction principles, methods, and tools.
• Good knowledge of German and English (both written and spoken), minimum CEFR B2.
• Confident Microsoft Office user.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations in construction and ability to enforce.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to earn and maintain GWO work-at-height and G41 medical examination certification.
• EU recognized Class‑B driver's license.
• High willingness to travel (approx. 75%) within Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria.
