Client Delivery Manager (CDM) – SAP Cloud Services

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Client Delivery Manager (CDM) to join our client’s SAP Cloud Services team. As a CDM, you will act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong client relationships, and measurable business value.

This role combines technical SAP expertise with project and relationship management skills, making you the trusted advisor for clients on their cloud transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end service delivery for enterprise cloud customers.
• Lead customer onboarding, release planning, governance coaching, and renewal processes.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring satisfaction and contract adherence.
• Handle issue mitigation, escalation management, and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with Technical Service Managers and Project Leads on larger projects.
• Advise customer IT and business executives on SAP cloud transformation strategies.
• Regularly track and report on service levels and deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

• Fluency in German (mandatory) and professional English.
• Strong SAP expertise – especially in SAP Basis, HANA Enterprise Cloud, and Application Management Services.
• Proven project and stakeholder management experience.
• Skilled in escalation management, conflict resolution, and account management.
• Excellent communication abilities to engage with technical teams and C-level executives.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing deliverables.
