Client Growth Associate

The Role

As a Client Growth Associate at Consultport, you’ll drive our commercial growth. Your primary mission is to generate business from new clients and build a strong outbound sales pipeline. At Consultport, we reward top performers and invest time and resources into developing our growth team.

Your mission with us:

• Master the art of outbound sales, incl. calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Proactively engage with C-level executives and convert them into long-term clients.
• Explore and uncover pain points from top decision makers and win new clients and projects.
• Work with KPIs, clear targets, and modern sales tools to make you succeed.
• Grow your own client portfolio, exceed targets and celebrate successes!

What we’re looking for

• 1-3 years of B2B outbound sales experience (internships included).
• Experience working with sales KPIs and targets.
• Graduated from a bachelor's or master's program.
• A results-driven mindset, with a history of being a top performer.
• A keen interest in the global consulting, freelance or platform economy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Available to work fully onsite at our newly renovated office in Berlin.
• C1/C2 proficiency in English.
• C1/C2 proficiency in any additional European languages is a big plus.
