Client Reconciliation Officer

Title: Client Reconciliation OfficerReports to: Head of Finance Key Responsibilities:Perform daily and monthly client funds reconciliations (banks, PSPs, trading platform ledgers).Investigate and resolve discrepancies and breaks, coordinate with internal teams and counterparties.Produce reconciliation reports (daily balance, outstanding items, trends) and maintain audit documentation.Ensure reconciliation controls meet regulatory and internal policy requirements for client money.Identify process inefficiencies and propose automation or system improvementsSupport month‑end/quarter‑end financial close activities and audits. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related.Minimum 2 years’ experience in reconciliation or finance operations, preferably in a broker, fintech or payments environment.Proficient in Excel; experience with reconciliation tools a strong plus.Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, ability to work under deadlines.Strong communicator in English; ability to liaise across functions.Understanding of regulatory controls around client funds is beneficial.
