Key Responsibilities

• Support adaptation of global product strategy to EMEA region; develop regional value propositions, pricing strategies, and positioning.
• Act as voice of customer; gather feedback to shape product roadmaps and support strategic client pitches.
• Drive revenue growth and account penetration; track usage, renewals, and expansion with sales partners.
• Connect cross‑functional teams to align priorities and translate regional regulatory trends into product requirements.
• Support new product development; compile business case, revenue estimates, ROI analysis and coordinate implementation.
• Assist client coverage organization with product queries, documentation, RFPs, training sessions and client communications.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent experience.

Experience

• Product management experience in financial services with climate focus; strong track record of delivering high‑quality work.
• Experience within a financial institution focused on Sustainability & Climate or an advisory firm.
• Experience working with banks and climate risk modeling in credit risk is an asset.

Organizational Skills

• Strong analytical capability and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in fast‑paced environment.

Communication Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present new proposals or progress effectively.
• Strong people skills essential to facilitate smooth internal collaborations and positive client interactions.
