Clinical Country Manager

What You’ll Do:
• Drive Business Development by presenting patient recruitment and site support services to local CROs and sponsors.
• Grow Strategic Markets across new and existing territories.
• Lead Operations for local study teams, including CRCs, freelance nurses, and physicians.
• Build Site Partnerships with investigators and medical institutions, managing contracting from start to finish.
• Report Performance on key metrics and progress to corporate leadership.
What You Bring:
• 5+ years’ experience in clinical research, ideally in patient recruitment, site management, or BD within pharma/CRO environments.
• Proven leadership skills managing remote or field-based teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
