The role: Support and enhance a live SaaS applicationOwn application monitoring (Azure dashboards, New Relic, etc.)Troubleshoot issues through clear triage stepsUse SQL querying to investigate and resolve data problemsManage ClickOps and configuration within Azure We’re looking for: Experience as a TechOps/DevOps/Azure Systems AdministratorBackground supporting SaaS products (not just internal Azure infra)Strong SQL skillsProactive, clear communicator who takes ownership of problems If you have solid Azure experience and enjoy supporting cloud platforms, please get in touch.
