Digital Business Innovation within ZDP is a cross‑functional team building digital solutions and business models as well as driving strategic digital programs. We apply customer‑centric methodologies like Design Thinking and Voice of the Customer and combine those with our business and strategy acumen. Join us as a Program Manager as part of a ZEISS‑wide board‑sponsored strategic program to shape the digital transformation at ZEISS.

Your Role

• Lead strategic ZEISS‑wide digital transformation programs or drive strategic planning / scoping of strategic digital initiatives
• Drive the operationalization of ZEISS's AI strategy, focusing on AI‑driven process redesign and establishing of enabling structures
• Champion sustainable transformation by driving people excellence initiatives and embedding change management practices in our digital transformation projects
• Provide digital transformation consulting for business units, tailoring solutions to their specific needs
• Steer large, cross‑functional project teams and collaborate with our technology expert teams at ZEISS Digital Partners
• Manage diverse senior stakeholder groups across the ZEISS group, acting as a trusted advisor on digital transformation

Your Profile

• Excellent University degree, preferably in natural sciences, engineering, informatics or business
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in management consulting, IT consulting or in digital transformation projects in a B2B industry
• Track record of successfully leading large projects or programs using agile methodology
• Strong drive to impact
• Sound understanding of change management mechanics and tools for digital transformation
• Very strong communication skills and the empathy to productively collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds
• Business fluent German and English language skills
