Auri is a next-generation health system designed for women — built around real physiology, powered by adaptive AI, and delivered through a screenless wearable and intelligent coaching. We combine biometric data, hormonal rhythms, and human context to help women train, recover, and live in sync with their bodies.

We're not another period tracker. We're building the first truly personalized, whole-life health platform for women — from performance to perimenopause.

The Role

We’re looking for a mission-aligned Chief Health Officer (and co-founder) with a PhD in a relevant health or science field to join us in shaping the scientific, ethical, and clinical foundation of Auri.

As a founding team member, you’ll help us build trust, credibility, and care into everything we do — from algorithms to content to community.

What You’ll Do

Lead the health vision of the company — defining how science, physiology, and AI come together to support women

Shape and validate data models for recovery, stress, sleep, hormonal changes, and overall wellness

Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to ensure scientific integrity and user safety

Help design and review personalized coaching protocols, symptom tracking models, and health scoring

Guide partnerships with research institutions, clinical advisors, and regulatory consultants

Be a trusted voice in conversations around women’s health, tech ethics, and responsible AI

Speak with users, clinicians, and the public — translating science into care

What We’re Looking For

PhD in a relevant field: women’s health, physiology, neuroscience, psychology, reproductive health, bioinformatics, etc.

Deep understanding of female physiology across the lifespan — ideally with experience in perimenopause, postpartum, or hormonal health

Strong scientific and clinical literacy — but also the ability to simplify, communicate, and humanize the science

Excited to work at the earliest stage of a startup: fast, scrappy, collaborative, mission-first

Entrepreneurial mindset: willing to build, test, iterate, and help grow a company from 0 → 1

Experience with AI/ML, wearable tech, or digital health is a huge plus

Based anywhere, but able to work flexibly with global team
