The position Commercial Excellence Manager DACH + Netherlands is within our Infectious Diseases Business Unit located at Abbott Rapid Diagnostics GmbH in Cologne, Germany.
This role drives Abbott Rapid Diagnostics' leadership in point-of-care (POC) solutions across public, private, and strategic partner sectors. It involves influencing key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, and embedding Abbott's solutions into daily operations of major customers.

As part of the Business Unit leadership team, the Commercial Excellence Manager shapes and executes commercial strategies, supports the commercial team and General Manager Western Europe, and delivers actionable insights through data and analysis to achieve strategic goals.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and monitor KPIs to optimize business rhythm and capacity
  • Design and implement incentive plans, sales targets, and territory strategies
  • Lead CRM (Salesforce) administration and analytics tools (Power BI, Excel)
  • Analyze funnel metrics, sales performance, and customer engagement
  • Deliver actionable insights through advanced data visualization
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to build and motivate high-performing teams
  • Conduct field visits to key accounts to understand market dynamics

What You Bring

  • Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 3–5 years' experience in commercial/business analysis
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Experience in leading change and cross-functional collaboration
