Commercial Lead – Clinical Trial Supply & Strategic Accounts (m/f/d)

About the Role

Are you a commercially driven professional with a passion for strategic customer relationships and business growth? We’re seeking a dynamic individual to lead and expand our Special Customer business across Europe. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen, customer focus, and a talent for building partnerships in the comparator sourcing space.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the expansion of our Special Customer business into a dedicated European Business Unit
  • Manage and grow relationships with key national and international customers, focusing on comparator sourcing for clinical trials
  • Develop tailored solutions and partnership models, including contract negotiation and strategic account planning
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Customer Service, Quality) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare forecasts, performance reports, and executive-level presentations to support decision-making
  • Identify market opportunities and support portfolio development through customer insights and competitive analysis
  • Build and lead a small, high-performing commercial team

What You Bring

  • Degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • At least two years in a similar or adjacent role in healthcare industry
  • Experience in related roles such as strategic account management, business development, comparator sourcing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering value
  • Leadership experience or readiness to take on a team lead role
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
