Your prospective job

For our renowned client Airbus Defence and Space at the location Manching you act as Commodity Manager Ground Support Equipment (m / f / d).

Your responsibilities

• Entry point to company for commodity management (per commodity products / services)
• Establishing, implementing and improving commodity strategy
• Implementing the Procurement policy
• Performing market analysis (global sourcing including offsets)
• Managing sourcing (CFT, RFP, etc...) & contract management
• Contributing in monitoring & improving supplier performance
• Identifying & leading value creation project and supporting product / service innovation
• Sustaining long term relationships with suppliers
• Ensuring risk management

Your profile

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, Economics or comparable
• Work experience in disposition / material procurement and buying
• First experience in commodity management
• Knowledge in MS-Office and SAP
• Experience in the aerospace sector
• Fluent English and German skills both spoken and written
