Compensation & Benefits Manager

Location: Cologne (HQ)

Working Hours: 35 hours/week

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary range: 85,000 -95,000 euros + bonus + benefits

B-People is shortlisting for a leading Industrial Manufacturing business, with presence in multiple industries, delivering innovative solutions and services worldwide.

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join the HR COE team and help shape and implement local and international C&B strategies. This role reports to the Head of Compensation & Benefits .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Compensation & Benefits programs aligned with global standards and local requirements.
• Support compensation frameworks, including salary structures, job evaluation, and performance-based models.
• Conduct market analyses and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Contribute to the annual compensation cycle and enhance policies and processes.
• Oversee benefits programs and advise HR colleagues.
• Support implementation of HR systems related to C&B.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a corporate or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office.
• Analytical mindset with collaborative and customer-focused approach.
