Compliance-Manager (all genders)

We’re building a next-generation DLT-based financial market infrastructure, backed by strong and reputable shareholders — and we already applied successfully for licence as a Crypto Securities Registrar.

To support SWIAT’s growth path, we’re looking for a Compliance Manager who wants to actively shape and operationalise our Compliance Framework in a highly dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Your Mission

• Drive the operationalisation of our Compliance Framework after licensing
• Conduct risk assessments & compliance monitoring
• Support incident & breach management end-to-end
• Advise business, tech & operations on day-to-day compliance matters
• Prepare compliance reports for management & committees
• Strengthen our compliance culture and awareness

What You Bring

• Degree in Law, Business, Finance, Economics, InfoSec or similar
• Fluently in German and English
• 2+ years experience in compliance, risk, regulatory or legal roles
• Familiarity with regulatory landscape - background in financial services, FinTech or digital assets would be a plus
• Familiarity with regulatory landscape
