Our headquarter is in the metropolis of Shanghai, China with a European head office in Munich, Germany.

For our European head office in Munich, we are looking for a Connectivity Support Specialist (f/m/x), who will be a part of the after-sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2-5 years of solid experience of automotive technical engineering.
  • Proven technical competence in EV specific areas, including special skills in the work area of Vehicle electronics and CAN log analysis.
  • Experience in after-sales or customer service area (dealer/importer, national sales company, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with Mobile App/Diagnostics Software/Remote diagnosis/OTA is a plus.
  • Strategic, analytical, and tactical abilities.
  • Ability to share knowledge and learning, with proven training skills.
  • Good team working skills and networking ability.
  • Analytical and self-driven with an inspirational and motivating appearance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, German, and French. Knowledge of one of the following South European languages would be an advantage: Spanish or Portuguese.
  • High general computer skills in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • High willingness to travel.
  • High focus on end customer satisfaction.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

  • The purpose of the role is to act as a representative of the Connectivity Support Specialist for customers and retailers, supporting them in solving complex connected car problems remotely. If required, onsite support may be needed.
  • To identify educational and training needs at distributors in Europe and, in agreement with the responsible Manager, to fill the connectivity competence gaps where possible.
  • To act as the technical specialist towards the EU HQ, reporting back connected car concerns via the assigned processes.
  • Within the regional area of responsibility, contribute to customer satisfaction.
  • Investigate and solve technical connected concerns on vehicle cases that have been escalated and assigned by the responsible manager.
  • Provide feedback on solutions and results into the assigned systems and processes.
  • Investigate and analyze specific technical concerns on special request for follow-up or resolution purposes.
  • Assist partners and follow up with new versions for the implementation of Connected Services.
  • Report performance on escalated and investigated support cases.
