Key Responsibilities

• Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached.
• Assist the team in analysing customer needs, and developing creative concepts and concrete measures for implementation.
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager.
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events.

Key Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operational business or management consulting as a Full‑Time Employee.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation.
• Affinity for solving problems and pronounced capacity for analytical thinking.
• Desire to make a difference and willingness to be coached.
• Enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team.
• Excellent command of English for preparing and delivering presentations and reports.
• Previous skills in PowerPoint and Excel (capable of complex functions).
• Curiosity or knowledge of insurance and financial services and project or change management tools and techniques.

International experience, knowledge of German or other languages, and a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) are highly welcomed.
