For our Consultant Team in Germany, we are looking for a consultant (m/f/d) in Client/Accounting, Money Market, and FX. The position is based in Ebersberg, with the option for mobile working after initial training.

Job Description:

• You will contribute your banking experience, particularly in customer master data and account management, to the development of the Customer/Account module of our banking system OBS.
• You will advise and support customers in using this module, analyze and resolve specific technical and process issues.
• You will help ensure the continuous improvement of OBS through market observation.
• You will participate in projects with clients and colleagues, with potential to gain project management experience.

Required Skills:

• Solid practical training such as a banking apprenticeship or a comparable degree, preferably complemented by studies in business administration or business informatics.
• Several years of professional experience in customer and account administration (back office) or organizational departments, with familiarity in customer master data, FATCA and OECD reporting, conditions, interest rate scales, account statements, and account closures.
• Basic knowledge of money and foreign exchange trading, with interest in technical developments in customer self-service and electronic banking.
• Customer-oriented, service-minded approach, willingness to work on-site occasionally, and fluency in German and English.
