Job Overview

As a Consultant for Process Development and Coaching at Mindshift to Excellence, you will be at the forefront of transforming product development processes within the automotive industry. Your role involves advising clients on best practices and coaching key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Advisory Services: Provide expert advice to clients on automotive standards such as Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, and Cyber Security, ensuring process alignment with industry requirements.
• Process Implementation Support: Assist in implementing product development processes tailored to the automotive sector, facilitating smoother workflows and efficiency.
• Coaching and Development: Coach process owners and stakeholders to optimize processes and adapt to industry demands.
• Process Improvement Management: Drive and coordinate process improvement initiatives, ensuring effective integration and stakeholder engagement.
• Documentation Creation: Develop documentation like user manuals, process guides, and training materials to support adherence to new processes.
