About the opportunity

We’re a modern European bank redefining how people engage with their finances. As we scale across the EU, we're looking to grow our social media presence with a community-driven specialist who can bring the N26 voice to life.

We’re hiring a Content Creator and Community Manager, with a C2 fluency in English. These roles are ideally suited to social media professionals with agency backgrounds, who thrive on creating content, community engagement, insight gathering, and working across diverse teams.

You’ll be the voice of the brand — creating content, engaging with followers, and helping us deeply understand our communities. You’ll work closely with our internal Creative Studio to bring the fast-paced energy and strategic flexibility of an agency mindset.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Reddit and further) for the english global account.
  • Actively manage the community — monitor conversations, reply to comments and DMs, and capture insights.
  • Build a deep understanding of the audience: what they care about, how they speak, and where they spend time.
  • Identify trends, topics, and formats relevant to your region.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing leads to bring social content to life.
  • Use Figma to review and give feedback on visuals and content layout.
  • Bring community insights to the broader team to help shape content, campaigns, and tone of voice.
  • Create engaging short-form video content. Whether you’re behind the camera, on camera, or collaborating with others to bring ideas to life. You must be confident in filming, editing, and experimenting with creative formats that resonate with social audiences.

What you need to be successful:

  • Native-level fluency in English, with excellent writing skills and cultural fluency.
  • 2–3 years of social media experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong passion for community-building and social-first storytelling.
  • Deep interest in finance, fintech, or personal money management — or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Hands‑on experience with publishing and community tools
  • Ability to interpret social metrics and use insights to improve engagement.
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally and remotely in an international team.
  • Familiarity with Figma (Not a must. You won’t need to design, but you’ll give feedback).
  • Creative mindset with hands‑on content production skills. You’re able to script, shoot, speak on camera and edit videos for platforms like TikTok and Reels with CapCut and Edits.

Nice to have

  • Experience collaborating with creators/influencers.
  • Past exposure to financial or regulated brands.
