Workster is partnering with a fast-growing e-mobility startup to recruit a Content Creator & Influencer Marketing Manager for the DACH region, based in Berlin.
This role is for someone who is an influencer themselves — a hands‑on content creator who understands how to build reach, trust, and community, and who can turn content into measurable growth. You will be the face and voice of the brand in the DACH market, creating content, collaborating with other creators, and leading influencer‑driven marketing initiatives end‑to‑end.
Create and publish high-quality content yourself across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels. Test formats, trends, hooks, and storytelling styles that resonate with the local audience.
Build, manage, and scale a network of creators and ambassadors. Collaborate with influencers as a peer: brief them, co‑create content, negotiate partnerships, and turn collaborations into long‑term relationships.
Be a visible brand ambassador in the DACH market. Build authenticity, trust, and a strong community around the brand through real, creator‑led content.
Translate content and influencer activities into growth: track reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions, and continuously optimize based on performance data.
Lead influencer‑driven campaigns for product launches, seasonal moments, and key calendar events (e.g. Black Friday), from creative concept to execution.
Contribute to the broader marketing strategy with insights from the creator ecosystem, trends, and platform‑native content formats.
